Maddei is a proud young Noongar woman who has been living and creating on Wattamattagal land. Her passion for her culture has led to many exciting opportunities. She has spoken on several panels sharing her passion for other young indigenous people. In her spare time outside of her commerce degree in marketing she spends her time in the cultural practice of weaving. This encourages mindfulness with a focus on connecting back to culture. Maddei spends time in the bush weaving and connecting with Country.
