Depending on their age, how well the artist has demonstrated their skills and techniques.
How masterful they are with the chosen mediums / how well they have conveyed innovation with the chosen materials and /or the effect they have created.
Theme and Storytelling
How well they have adhered to the theme.
Overall impact
Overall impact of the artwork.
Originality, Creativity and expression.
